NECESSARY MATERIALS
1.5 cups of warm water (300 ml).
1.5 cups of warm milk (300 ml).
1 tablespoon of dry yeast (10 grams).
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar (20 grams).
7 cups of flour (840 grams).
1 teaspoon (8 grams) of salt.
To drive;
Butter (50 grams).
2-3 sprigs of parsley.

are you sure that the weight of the quantities put in this bread is the correct one? because with 600 ml of liquids, if I put only 840 g of flour, only a big porridge comes out. revise the quantities, otherwise I'll post what came out of your recipe, and you don't want to see... pancake batter

We are from the USA and we absolutely love Turkey! We have made fabulous friends in Turkey over the years. We visit these friends each year in Istanbul. Our Turkish friends and us spend time in Istanbul for a few days and then we enjoy the fabulous beaches of Antalya and we have been to the city of Ephesus and the house that the Mother of G_d (The Virgin Mary) lived her final days after her son was crucified in Jerusalem. There are just so many wonderful and fabulous people in Turkey. We hope to be back in Istanbul the summer of 2022. We get all of our spices from the Hyatt's at the Istanbul spice market they are located in stall number 8.

Когда выпекать сковорода смазывается или на сухую???

@@sergo__8988 no need to add oil to pan, just cook it without oil in the medium heat.

Brilliant. It looks excellent and I have tasted similar years ago in Turkey (I live in France btw) but I cannot make it for some reason. My dough never rises in the pan like yours. I shall try again.!!
