mix yogurt with coffee! you'll be surprised by the result ! in 10 minutes! you'll make every day !
Ingredients:
1 pot of yogurt (125g)
1 tbsp of instant coffee
4 eggs
16g of vanilla sugar
1 cup of sugar (180g)
a pinch of salt
3/4 cup of vegetable oil (180ml)
3/4 cup of milk (180ml)
2 tbsp of vinegar (30ml)
3 cups of all purpose flour (350g)
5 tsp of baking powder (24g)
1/4 cup of chocolate chips (50g)
chocolate sauce and some almond slices for garnish (optional)

Je l'ai fait mais avec du yaourt à la grecque,on obtient exactement le même gâteau, niveau goût par contre,j'ai eu du mal car je trouve qu'il n'y a pas assez de café du moins pour moi,quant au vinaigre je m'en suis passé, le vinaigre s'utilise avec le bicarbonate de soude pour faire lever la pâte, dans le cas de la levure chimique,elle fait le travail toute seule pour lever la pâte, elle n'a besoin de rien pour cela

That’s exactly what I thought I’m going to try that.😉I’d use butter rather than vegetable oil to make that cake, and cut down the sugar. But it looks amazing ✅

I thought this was about blending instant coffee to yoghurt ---which I do!!! I also add honey for sweetening!🍯 Sometimes, instead of coffee, I add Dates to yoghurt They are sweet enough!!

Without vinegar you obtain same cake that photograph ! We use vinegar with baking soda,baking powder do it himself,no need to add anithing

Now that's what you call a "coffee cake". - just hope those are toasted almonds. I'd stop at the coffee mixed into the yogurt, refridgerate it, have some instead of a cup of coffee, as a morning pick-me -up and skip the rest of this recipe...imo, nothing tops a single bite of a perfect Tiramisu, for a special occassion❣️ just sayin' ☕️
