No question, Debbie was the MVP of season 2. She went above and beyond as a mother, a woman and a person dealing with her own depression and issues.

Many people don’t know but mark been holding back this whole time all the way to the beginning of the this season, when he first fought back the aquacrab, the viltrimite and the kraken on the cruise ship only when levy pushes him he unleash his true power

@samsonk.167 And? Not once was it mentioned or even *teased* that his powers were developing. Remember, it took Mark 17 years for his Viltrumite powers to manifest, so who knows what that means for a Thraxan-Viltrumite hybrid? I only just started issue #35, so I don't have the answers, yet. Lol

Prior superhero, sci-fi, and fantasy media has super-children and babies all the time. The aliens and the surprises we see with this series definitely don't limit that either. Almost every scene with the bug aliens or the brother in it shows or mentions something about his accelerated age - it's not crazy to conclude that there would be some kind of payoff for that in the finale when Mark is struggling on his own and Mom's hurt.

I think it’s because of Dragon Balk because Saiyan babies are sent so young to take over planets only because they transform into a Great Ape, otherwise no way they could have done anything but behave feral like Goku till he hit his head

I've not read the comics but I see where this show is going. Mark is going to be the strongest viltrumite, well... He is half viltrumite but you get what I mean. He is going to surpass Nolan in terms of power and he is going to go to war and kick all of the viltrumites asses. If it's hinting that mark is getting stronger and stronger, and that he keeps holding back... I wonder just how powerful he is going to become.

What a shite finale. Brings back a character the audience, the show and even Mark forgot (it’s been 6 months). Pacing all over the place, and resolved nothing. Now we wait another 2 years for another lacklustre season that gives all the screen time to the least interesting characters and takes 6 months to fully air.

@samsonk.167 so one might wonder why an unimportant antagonist that everyone forgot about, dominated almost half of the season finale? Not sure that’s great story-writing. He literally had 20 minutes of screen time 6 months ago, and his entire lore was ‘was good, is now bad’. And a vehicle for Mark’s guilt? Ah yes, the very believable guilt of having to kill someone, who literally snapped your mother’s arm in half, and nearly killed your brother who is a literal child, who has pledged to never stop until you or your family is dead. Mark has dealt deadly blows to people for way less than that. It isn’t poignant, it’s just bad writing… And then Kate coming back immediately cutting to an irrelevant one-off about some Tomb raider? Please explain how any of this makes sense for a season finale
