Thanks for this! Very interesting. I´m in audio post, so I use the same tools, but for completely different things. Lolz. However I'm doing a quick thing on a live bandrecording in a few days, and this was a great primer. (I always work top down as you called it when doing dialogue cleanup. Much quicker to get to where I need the product to be. Gotta hit those lufs you know.)

Great video as always dude! I’m working on logic too, so I was wondering what you’d recommend for a stock plugin that would be similar to the Satson you were using. It seemed to really help beef up stuff and I’m not sure of an alternative. Thanks!

Thanks for the video! Quick question - in the video the singer/guitarist is facing the same direction as the drummer. Wouldn't it be better to have the singer/guitarist facing the drummer so there's less spill into the vocal mic?

Yes, totally that would be better! We do it this way so they're all facing the same direction in the video of the song. At my old studio we did it like you suggested: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/rsyRgq-j2d-Ximg.html
