No, ZOE is not a Nonaqueous Elastomeric (Rubber) Impression Material. The most likely material being used in this video is Polysulfide Impression Material.

Its most likely to be Polysulfide Impression Material. Brown and white pastes mixed together. That material is old enough to be in this video. And that material is used with a light and heavy body for the impressions.
