Hello everyone! I'm Ryusei.
Have you ever eaten Mizu yokan? It's my favorite japanese sweet in summer.
Although in japan we can by usual grocery stores, I recommend to buy it at Wagashi store. Probably you'll experience amazing sensitive flavor! And I'm very happy you make it as well. I hope you enjoy Mizu yokan!
Recipe
Kanten (agar)       3 grams
Smooth red bean paste  175 grams
Water          250 grams
Sugar           30 grams
