each flash season finale title has something got to do w the episode itself (fast enough means he is fast enough to travel to his mother's death and stop thawne,the race of his life refers to zoom becoming black flash and might refer to a future episode where bf is the main villain and finish line refers to Barry entering the speedforce

For 5 years I spent my life (arrow) on the dying planet krypton (supergirl) but an accident made me (the flash) a reporter at catco world wide media (supergirl) and we will be remembered as legends (legends of tomorrow)
