My list would have been longer than, "The person you owe child support to". But I know what would come if she said his child or children. The old, " I bought diapers once" defense.

@@ronfullerton3162 I'd guess it's an all-purpose SovCit checklist for how to get a case dismissed. Say you're a flesh-and-blood man, a real man; challenge jurisdiction; demand who the injured party is, because if there's no injured party, the action has to be dropped. This guy doesn't even understand the items in the checklist; he's just reading the script. I'm wondering if he'll reach the awareness that he can't possibly win this by himself, before the trial starts. Could a merciful judge let him go back to having counsel, or has that ship sailed?

Arrogance and narcissism and just plain lazy. They think they have found some cheat code to get out of trouble because someone designed a website telling them that’s true. English Common law has been codified over centuries and these scenarios have played out countless times. Rules of decorum have been agreed upon to deal with all these things and these narcissists just can’t accept that they have no idea what they’re talking about or how to navigate the legal system. The only thing they can do is accuse people of being racist or tyrants which is lorna legal argument.

And she does it without arguing with the defendant, and she asks the questions of him that most likely any law student could answer and he's never done this stuff before but thinks that he can handle all of the tasks that attorneys are comfortable doing day in and day out.

DJ Howard should rejoice in the fact that in the only time of his life where more than five people were paying attention to him, he portrayed himself as a hapless, ineffective, out-of-touch, ignorant fool who is perceived as a laughingstock by everyone who sees him. Everything in his life culminated to that? That's the result? It's at that point where a real man would change his ways, but something tells me he wants to be stuck on stupid.

Watching him fail (Miserably) in sticking to the SovCit “Script” while being confronted by legal realities, was like watching a computer try to respond to bad programming. It was like trying to program in “Basic” and getting the “Syntax Error” message. He was completely lost. It was a thing of beauty.

She really went out of her way to show him how deep in doo-doo he is going to be if he has to argue a legal case at his current level of knowledge. He knows he can't navigate this, and a shame and a pox on whomever convinced him that there will be no trial if he follows the sovcit script of words ( sometimes known as 'magical incantations') that have never once worked in a court of law.

My daughter’s mom left my daughter with me the day after we left the hospital and never looked back so I feel for these parents who budget using the figure that the court comes up with and then don’t have that amount month after month after month.

According to Jimmy vs Billy US 18 from the grand jury indictment you are allowed to ask for name and badge number and drive without a license. If the officer doesn't comply you are allowed to take the 5th commandment.

Hahaha- "Who's the injured party?" ...the kids you've failed to support? --He must have missed the title on whatever web page he was reading: "Arguments for traveling with no license." Maybe they should add an asterisk or something. ***Won't make sense in crimes against persons; crimes against the family; crimes against children; most property crimes; any sex offense and anything else involving individually-named crime victims.***

This makes me so furious. My husband and I are doing everything we can to adopt a baby, and we have been for almost a year. This guy won't take care of his kid(s) and doesn't have enough sense to keep himself out of jail. Please send me the link so I can cheer the prosecution on. LOCK HIM UP! Adoption agency investigators don't want to read about you writing squirrelly stuff online at a site that has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with your situation! And then saying you'd write to minors that have nothing whatsoever to do with you. You're pushing the envelope.

He's not going about this the right way. First he forgot to use Quantum Grammar when speaking to the judge. Second, he forgot to ask if this is a Maritime Court practicing Admiralty Law and then tell the judge she is dismissed. Last but not least he needs to hire Bears Law to represent him.

Try this... If this guy says he ISN'T the person on the summons, then the judge should tell him he is free to go. And then, before he logs off, the judge should turn toward her court clerk and tell her to issue a bench warrant for the person who didn't show, whose name IS on the summons. But say that before the person logs off, who's been denying he's the one named on the summons. Then see what happens.
