He must have gone around a year without paying his tolls. The toll road authority allows 90 days with pretty minimal late fees. Then 120 days in collections. At that point late fees and collections total $70 that’s added onto the tolls. If he was using E470 on a daily basis, he could have run up a few hundred dollars in tolls.

He also has a huge staff and also a Dog pack who are terrifying to Aliens...........must binge watch what I've missed. Oh they can't wait to see the new tv show, lol. haven't told them that I was only screwing around with them 'cause I forgot, lol

my favorite thing about sovcits, is that I'm pretty sure if I walked to any of them and told them I had read, and watched some videos on electrical or plumbing work they still wouldn't let me do that kind of work on their homes. yet here they are telling judges and lawyers about the law. lol They seem to ignore the schooling involved to be a lawyer, to say nothing of the learning that continues after law school.

From what I could make out the matter was the defendant had unpaid tolls on a toll road in Colorado. I know it's colorado because the E-470, Arapahoe, Douglas and Adams (all counties that E-470 runs through) I know because I live in Colorado.

Steven Eugene Johnson's life is going to end SO badly. We need WAY more "judges" like this. Corner them, get very specific, then move on. They want "air" to spew bullshit wasting time. Deny them that

I wish this was the sixties or seventies. Every time the sovtard said "I am not the legal entity Steven Johnson, that's a corporation" I kept imagining the judge going "Son did your mama drop you on your head when you were little?" in an old school small town Midwest accent. It was hilarious. I had to play it again.

Since the word "corpus" is Latin for body, I imagine this entity is a ghost, since he's not a corporation. Who ya gonna call, Entity? "You can call me Fool, and you can call me Jewel, but ya doesn't has to call me Johnson". Remember that one?

A Constitutional right to record? Self incrimination in a civil hearing? Authorized representative? All the sovcit misconceptions and an arrogant attitude which is used to "instruct" the judge in more of the nonsense. How can these people square all this stuff with common sense and basic knowledge taught in schools as to how the legal system works?

They all give themselves away when they pause, refuse to answer, or claim 5th amendment. It’s always the answer that is not in their best interest. 🤦‍♀️ And no, there is nothing honorable about playing word games with a judge!

Judges ought to have more fun with this stuff. "Who authorized you?" "What proof do you have that you are an authorized representative?" That kind of thing.

These idiots never learn, I can GUARANTEE you that this sovcit did not or will not ever say "You're right sir. I will pay my tolls and fines, and I apologize." They will always insist that the hearing officer or judge (as appropriate) did them dirty, did not have the legal authority or jurisdiction to try them, that they weren't driving, they were just traveling in the driver's seat, etc. They try this word salad bullshit when all we are interested in is them fulfilling their responsibilities as a citizen.

If he is not a citizen, he has no Constitutional rights. The Constitution describes the rights we have as citizens in our country, they don't apply globally, just internally.
