It actually happened to me. In 1970. The Indian Airforce shipped some aircraft parts to be repaired and it came with a B of L. I fixed them and they were returned. I had no idea there was an ulterior motive behind these things.

Since he was originally charged with kidnapping, I was astonished. ( He's not a lawyer, but he had the service of a damned good one. ) My point is, can I be directed to proof this clod is doing the hard time he deserves? Because I don't think he is.

They serve two purposes; it makes them easier to identify in a crowd if one of them wanders off. There's also an RFID tag sewn into the collar. Just bring them to the local LEOs o be scanned.

Hey Mike. He actually ended up behind bars for practicing law without a license. There’s a KZfaq video to that effect. He “represented” one poor woman trying to get custody of her kids back and served her the same word salad, promising the judge would be in prison that day, which she desperately believed. He took total advantage of her and the real law finally caught up with him. Check it out my friend. Love the channel. Scratch the puppies for me!!
