Well that really depends on which state that happened in because in a "three strike" state he just bought a life in jail (assuming he faced and was convicted of all mentioned charges). In which case the rest of the prisoners have to be released because locking them up with him is definitely cruel and unusual punishment.

@@michaelcranston5660 he actually pleadede down to lesser charges and was sentenced to a year and a couple of days, but the county wasn't going to let him out and placed a hold on him for some other charges as well. So he may be out or about to get out now.

He wasn't imprisoned on the kidnapping charges because he took a plea deal on lesser charges and ended up getting a year in prison. Had he been tried and convicted on the kidnap charges he would be in prison for life.
