Well, with his driving, he was dangerous. Oregon sovcit, Christopher Walker, was one day “traveling” without a license, registration, and insurance as usual, was also speeding and tried to pass a vehicle in a no passing zone. He caused a head on collision that injured the driver of the other vehicle and killed the passenger. He’s in prison for manslaughter. It was so unbelievable that they made a video right after the wreck and they had no mention nor remorse for the victims, it was just about them being labeled domestic terrorists.

In the UK, failing to provide is also an arrest-able offence, and is the same as a positive breath/blood alcohol test, or the same as a positive drug test, and the minimum driving ban is 12 months (3 years if convicted twice inside 10 years), plus up to 6 months in prison, and an unlimited fine. Other costs are you have to inform your insurance, (if you don't its fraud), and this will mean higher insurance costs for years (conviction for fraud and refusal of insurance means you'll likely have the highest premiums or never get cover or drive legally again), also you may lose your job if you drive as a part of your work. You can get 14 years prison if you cause death whilst under the influence, plus two years driving ban, plus be forced to sit an extended driving test (hard to do if you're inside).

What I do not always understand about these traffic stops is the number of times law enforcement officers ask "subjects" to comply over-and-over-and-over. Twice should be sufficient before detainment shifts to arrest, cuffs (or Mr Sparky for the really contrary SovCits) and charges.

@@nascardave01 I followed the Walker case extensively when it happened, and I don't think I've ever seen two people more callous and ignorant as them. It made me sick. There are those of us that follow the laws and still have to interact with people like this. We can pass them in the street in everyday life and not know who they are. I wonder how many people I've passed by in my life that were on their way to do something stupid. About 40 years ago I fractured my finger at work and had to go to the hospital. In the waiting room it was my turn and I was taken care of. The next day I saw on the news a man that was there after me jumped up, grabbed a 6 year old boy and started stabbing him while yelling " I'm the king " This happened just after I left because I saw the man and the boy in the waiting room.

When it comes to guns, I’m good with the handgun thing. My ideas on the laws re: firearms changed drastically the day I sold a scope to a guy and he came back hollering I sold him a broken scope. (I owned the hunting and tackle shop) I knew none of my gear was banged around because I was always with a person looking at those things. Anyway, I told the guy to leave the scope on the gun, put on the trigger lock and bring it back. He brought it right back and I put it on the vice. Checked it out, told him he wasn’t getting a refund. I snagged up my Allen key to the scope off, turned it around the right way and asked if he’d like it bore sighted. That Richard Cranium had somehow managed to get a licence and was running around in the bush with that 7mm. The idea that hand guns should be legal was no longer my idea of a good thing. At ranges sure thing, have at it but anywhere else… nope. Automatic and semi autos are a hard stop. They are designed for killing only one thing, people. When the right to bear arms was declared they were USING muskets not auto weapons!!!

@Alex Wolf probably any time you (or more likely, a competent lawyer) feels the probable cause standard hasn't been met, or that certain evidence can be excluded which would leave the state without PC. The reason it's rare is probably because by the time somebody has been arrested and charged, at least one trained attorney has looked at the facts and decided there's PC-as well as the officer, if they were arrested at the scene. Tends to filter out the easy ones to get dismissed.

Random not so fun fact Canada is also pretty much responsible for a lot of the Geneva convention😭😂 I still find myself wondering how the hell but apparently the Canadians of last century were a lil different and responsible for tons of war crimes and it just doesn’t make sense cause Canadians seem so nice lol

Canadian here - while almost every country has its historical wrongdoings- I’d like to think for the most part we’re a nice people! But every place has its good and bad, of course. ❤

@@whitway12 being American I live in a country that has done so much crap and continues to do bad things, I can’t judge…but I haven’t heard a lot about Canadians causing issues 🤣🤣. You are right about there being good and bad people but I stand by my belief that Canadians are awesome ❤️

Nice to see the acknowledgment of the degradation of the SPL & ACLU. Sad that it’s happened, though.

KZfaq is awesome. I love that we of chatrooms. 👍❤️ I hope to catch your next Livestream. I like it when you have guests pop in and we get to chat with you guys. You have a loving supportive vibe. The world needs more love and support. Also, I don't think the movement is growing. I think it's the views that are growing because technology has become more common. I grew up in poverty in gangster areas and I saw everything before the internet brought it to the people. In the 80's and 90's it was a private world. In 1995 everything changed the internet became available to more people. Within 10 years we had video sharing and live webcams online. We humans know how to develop technology very quickly. Now we have robots that can do everything for us. It's making it easier for us to develop technology. At least that's what I have noticed.

"It is required immediately...which means forthwith." I love how he explains immediately with forthwith, as if that's easier for him to understand lol.

In Australia 🇦🇺, after a massacre, our government said "right, no guns". Then the government bought the guns off of us. And it was all voluntary. Some people buried a few in the back yard. It was the automatic and semi automatic guns that were the problem. Most of us just complied, we're pretty layback, and can't be bothered fighting. So it's time to go to the pub!!!!

Hello fellow Australian. If this driver had just wound down his window when first asked he wouldn't have been arrested. Unless he already knew he was DUI.

It was far from voluntary, they extorted them from us.

Two Thumbs up to the cop, about time a cop got it right, He asked the S/C too many times to get out of his car, he should have pulled him out

When you talked skiing with Runkle, it's completely foreign to me to travel for skiing. But, I can be to PCMR in 20 minutes from my front door. Snowbird in about 40.

Heya Mike 👋 Did you happen to see the comments on Van's video? Some idiot started screaming about how this was against the drivers amendment rights even though one of the first things Van said was "in Canada" 😂 man did we roast him 🤣 apparently it's in British Columbia btw.
