Mk3 Toyota Supra 89+ tail lights install on a 86-88 base model

I've always been a huge fan of the 89+ tail lights. It makes the car look so much newer. I decided to do a quick "how to" install video showing how I put the newer tail lights on my car. I'm sure I probably left something out, but hopefully this will help you guys navigate through the process.
*After editing the video I was informed the 3 piece tail lights also came on the 89+ non-turbo model. I thought these lights only came on the turbo models. Hopefully I didn't confuse everyone.

I have a 87 7mgte and I thought about the tail lights and wing but now that I seen what you had to do I would never change mine. You really wanted those lights bad. 😫

Keep coming with the videos. Your doing a good job and better than most 7m videos. Most 7m videos I skip through Because it's not balanced content. Meaning too much talk or too much show without explaining. 👍

Hey! The real way to differentiate these taillights is not Turbo vs NA, but actually if they are pre- or post-facelift. The ones you installed are actually post-facelift taillights. In 1989 the mk3s got a facelift, which included 3 piece taillights and a more substantial front bumper design. Your car looks like it has a pre-facelift front bumper, which would match up with the pre-facelift 2 piece taillights that you are replacing.
