My MK5 R32 gets the signature wookie tone by adding a Magnaflow catback, with catless headers

I have a white R32 with a RUFF supercharger and full headers to tips exhaust, engine and trans tune and ignition cut shifting. 400hp before Meth injection. Bilstein coil overs and sway bars, and aluminum A arm upgrade. Looks stock, and I love it. My dream car. My forever car. I have spent more than my wife wants to know, but she also loves it.

@@chubbschubbs2x I have never done anything like that before, but you guys got me thinking about trying it. I have a few more things I would like to do with the car, then I will have to re-tune it. I think I should just record the process and put it online for everyone. 450-500 hp feels like the goal. Thanks for the reply!

@@mikel1804 record the process for sure man, all car enthusiasts love those kinds of channels even if it takes a long time bc the outcome is always worth it to see someone else’s unique build, and don’t have any shame ab posting your car rn I have 2 shorts up of my clapped 06 Impreza bc I love how it sounds, not everyone likes the loud exhausts but I like it so that’s why I wanted to share it with anyone else who likes loud Subarus too 💯 Im gonna sub and hit the bell just in case you do decide to start uploading, no pressure tho brother

I added a Magnaflow Exhaust to my mk6 R. They really are a great exhaust(although they can drone once you add a downpipe as is the case with my k04 GTI). Love your R32 man she is CLEAN.

Never got the 4dr R32 here in U.S. so did the next thing, bought a salvaged 2dr and swapped all the parts including the rear pan. Then swapped in a TTRS transmission and my god am I a happy camper now! Boosted from HPA MOTORSPORT. I now have an R32 living up to its potential. 👍

I also have a Mk5 R32 , same color too lol but mine just has a muffler/resonator delete so It does not sound anywhere as good as this, love the sound fr😮‍💨🔥🔥🔥

Ok, question for you guys in CT. I'm in RI and I'm trying to fixup my recently deceased Uncle's R32 08 Gray, looks like yours. If you're local to the east part of CT and wouldn't mind meeting up and taking a look-see at what I'm fixing up, that'd be cool. The car was sitting for two years in his driveway, and he wasn't able to drive it. Everything is bad on it now, gas, oil, brakes, rotors, calipers.. and I'm redoing everything myself. As you can see, I am a Mustang guy with a built procharged mustang, but this little car looks fun, and has a soft place in my heart because of Jim. Cheers, hope to hear from you soon!

Nicest sounding R I’ve ever heard. My turbo kinda eliminates that signature wookie sound but it’s still okay. Nice job though. Im from CT, so Im sure I will see you around at a show one of these days.

Take the R32 over the four banger fart maker's anytime. Owned a 2004 MK4 R32 in Deep Blue Pearl Lost it to super storm sandy in 2012 😢

I will make more videos. The only advice I have, is don’t mind the mileage as long as the timing chains, haldex/DSG were serviced. People have been getting over 300,000 miles on these as is, I suppose I can make a buyers guide video!

Wouldn’t say DSG “fart” but it’s called spark cut, it’s done by getting the transmission tuned. It helps with faster shifting and can preserve the transmission more if you’re boosted. The bangs come with it.

No resonator, just a Magnaflow muffler. It’s the Magnaflow Sport series
