Got mine for 14k a month ago. Also has the maxton design wing. Because of the engineering failure of the air intake, I modified it on the right of the grill and put some 3d printed airgraber in. Now he also makes the „wush“ sound just with an k&n sportfilter. Love this car. It is ridiculously fast and the Buildquality is incredible.

Beautiful build!🔥Sounds just like mines too on the limiter😂 I’m roughly around 450 for now tho, plan on tracking mines. It’s kinda wild how I’m also one car away from your collection shown too, I’ve been hunting for a decent mk4 r32 forever now, my daily is a bagged mk4 gli so that would be a nice add on. That or I’m going Nissan! Nice to see these are still very much loved. That Evap canister is a PITA tho, had a few b5s in the past with the same issue, took 20 minutes for 4 gallons😭

Sounds great. It’s recommended to not dual out your v6 exhaust; keep it single. Was the loss of HP/acceleration noticeable?

Whatever exhaust you're running toss a Vibrant 17950 Resonator in the mix and it will eliminate 90% rasp and make the tone deeper.

I have the exact same car and color. Blew my engine racing a bike many moons ago and went with a MMR Stroker set up. Replaced my P1 with a D1. Built 4rw70 with a TB. Now looking to go F1A or D1X. Beautiful car

I absolutely love the way my mk6 sounds, and get complemented on it legit, ALL the time. From its 'uniqueness' and how it sounds much different from your average EA888 sound. I think theres a trick to making these cars sound good.

As an MK7 owner. I absolutely love my 16 GTI; However, I actually quieted down my exhaust because of how bad the EA888 sounded with a downpipe and no muffler. I’m now running a Clubsport muffler with stock resonator and the sound is perfect. 👍🏾 Btw, that silver GTI is perfect. ❤️
