Help. My Polo 9N replaced the crank sensor and ignition coil but still doesn’t start

What caused you to change the sensor?

Can these sensors become faulty? A lot people are replacing them but not many got their issues sorted by doing this. What was particular issue in your case?

Car would randomly die and not start back after a while

Does this fix the intermittent jerking/shuddering while driving? I have a 2015 TDI se 6spd and ive parked it, I'm afraid something is gonna break lol.

I have the same issue with my 2015 Golf TDI. I have random jerking when I accelerate and read a forum that it could be a crankshaft position sensor.

@@NIGHTFOX216 I replaced the sensor. So far I have not had the stuttering but ive also had an intermittent starter now too so I haven't tested it fully. Will be taking it to work today if it starts. Can pop it if I need lol. Its a pain in the butt to access but u dont have to take much off besides brackets near the oil filter and intake box for some room.

@@NIGHTFOX216 just made it to work. 30 min drive interstate and city. It usually would have died at a light or bucking thing. So I'm gonna confirm that fixed that issue. I do still have a CEL but haven't scanned it yet
