Just did all this on my Alltrack. I'm guessing you don't live in the rust belt or the previous owner didn't. I am jealous of how clean and cooperative the bolts were for you. Glad you mentioned to uncap the brake fluid reservoir before compressing the pistons. Great work all around. Welcome to the dad wagon world!

Hi! Where exacly did you put your car jack under your car? I've search for a second lifting point in order to be able to do what you did in the video with de stand + the car jack! Thank you

You have two options as far as I know. I jacked up slightly behind the jacking point on the frame rail and then put the stand under the jack point. You can also put jack stands under the front subframe. Check out this thread - www.golfmk7.com/forums/index.php?threads/jacking-points-axle-stands.314507/

So is the piston in the caliper a thread in or just push? Or both? I just got one of the rear tires and cailpers off and noticed the notches. I know in some vehicles they are thread in. Thank you.

It screws in. You won’t get anywhere just pushing. It needs to be rotated while while applying pressure.
