Hey, i like your channel, very good instructions. I use ISTA+ D 4.22.2 and the menue item "Exhaust Counterpressuretest" is missing in the list. I have only dynamic and plausibility test. My car is a E91 320d 2009 LCI. Any ideas, or does this test only appears in older versions like the AGR parameters?

My backpressure with engine off is 19hPa. It shouldn't be zero? Is the sensor faulty?

My back pressure readings are 755.6. I tried new sensor, unplug the hose from DPF and nothing changes. Any ideas? Tnx

530d 2004 with 4166 dpf flow resistance too low error , did this test and highest 0.0mbar - max 65mbar , 2000rpm am high 1.9mbar - max 150mbar si la 4000 high 0.9 - max 250mbar can you translate please ? :))

I heard it is needed to recalibrate sensor after change. Is there a procedure for it?

Ivan Pihač For most e series, backpressure sensor doesn’t need calibration after replacing. You have to clear the faults though. What is your model and year?
