I love how Will takes moments, guised in jokes, to provide guidance to Marques. You can tell that Marques is very systematic - worried about hitting each interview point at the expense of genuine discussion sometimes. Will had dropped back to back poignant quotes in the beginning in reference to the power of technology, and Marques was just chugging along without making a connection. That's why Will was like "Hol' up, let's pause real quick and run that back." All in good humor, and coming from someone who genuinely loves growth (Smith) - both in himself and others.

Exactly, I was like wow! When Will Smith dropped that Ang Lee quote, initially surprised Marques didn't acknowledge it at first,but then laughed when Will Smith had to stop him and allow the message sink it with a pause. Shows Will Smith is a veteran with extensive interviewing skills

Well. Yes and no. At first it seemed like a Joke, but then when he wanted to do it again I wasn't a fan. Yes, ur will smith, ur cool. We already know that.... idk. I've always loved Smith, and all his movies, but yeah. Not sure how I felt on those moments.

@@abusaajidraphael6800 Cause the guy has a fast processor right in his skull. Can obtain and absorb info fast.But I agree, the interviewing skill should be enhanced too. And a bit of getting along the emotion and the humor side too should also be there. The kid always serious everytime

Nice interview, but I think he needs to lighten up a bit, too quick to want to go to the next question. Joke with Will, laugh a little, make it feel more like a conversation rather than a job interview!
