@ericmasuku Ngcukaithobi is an advocate, they get a brief from an attorney working on behalf of a client. By refusing to accept a client’s brief without a justifiable reason the advocate stands in violation of a person’s right to be defended. It’s like a medical doctor refusing to give treatment to a patient based on eg the political views. Ngcukaitobi is a brilliant legal mind that does not suffer fools gladly, he exposes miscreants and deviants. He is destined to be the CJ if he so wishes to sit on the bench, and the judiciary will be reached for it. Deputy Chief Justice Maya will be CJ until 2034. Ramaphosa can only be President until 2029 at the very latest.
