The play at 11:00 wasn't a double play he didn't catch the ball, he tagged the runner on first but never touched the bag(and dropped the line drive so how is the batter out out..... Bad call by the first base umpire and announcers!

The only thing these allow for is; bait and switch... every time..

Anyone know if the umpires ever caught this? Because the Phillies immediately leave the field as though they scored the double-play, but they did not in fact perform a double-play. They only had two outs when they left the field. Did the umpire incorrectly call an infield fly rule? The infield fly rule is only used on pop up hits, not line drives, and that was very definitely a line drive (the announcer even mentions that it was a line drive, right at the first baseman). *Rule 2.00* -- _“a fair fly ball _*_(not including a line drive or a bunt)_*_ which can be caught by an infielder with ordinary effort...yada, yada, yada..."_ The infield fly rule DID NOT apply in this scenario.

Whenever Angel Hernandez makes a call at the plate (or any base for that matter), the actual result is almost always the opposite of whatever Hernandez calls. I watched him make 6 or 7 close calls at (I think) first base once. Those 8 calls were the only calls challenged that day. Every single one of them was overturned. He wasn't correct even once whenever it was a close call. He's quite literally the WORST umpire currently in baseball. He's so bad at it that he makes Joe West look good. If you could clone him, I'd rather have four Joe Wests (behind the plate and calling every single bag), than have even one Angel Hernandez anywhere near the stadium, let alone umpiring a game.
