Let the commentators finish explaining the play. Good highlights, but cutting them off while explaining the clip mid sentence doesnt help

The craziest moment for me as an umpire was when an electronic hobby plane crashed into left field about 30ft behind short stop! Mind you, this wasn’t a small model plane, this was a relatively large craft that was being flown in the area around the field. Luckily, it didn’t strike anyone and it left a decent sized crater in the outfield. Pretty dangerous stuff

⁠@@MarkJoseph81sorry for the late response! I don’t really know what happened. I believe it was a private airfield (or equivalent) that this person was flying the plane at. All I know is that the head of our baseball association was not pleased, and definitely had a meeting with the owner of the field. Not really sure if anything came of it.

I believe that the rulebook states that it is only considered a catch in the glove or the hand.
