It is just simple math. When it pays out 4K, it will eat more then 10K before it will do it again. There is no slot machine that loses money in a casino! That's why I won't keep playing on a machine that just did make me a profit! Take the profit and go to another game.

One thing I love about this channel is that you guys don't really edit out the losses no matter how devastating they are. Anyone who has actually gambled before knows it's usually a huge dry spell before walking out of the casino with any kind of money. The fact that Matt brings his son and friends a long for back and forth banter makes every trip worth every penny anyway. This is all no good if you're not enjoying your time and having fun in the process.

When I play that game, I feel the machines out, and wait until one "calls" me, lol. Each time, I put my money in, do max bets each spin. I've always won more than I put in. Usually on my last spin. My brother has a scheme where he will play until he gets a good sized win. He will then cash out of the machine. He then feeds new tickets into the machine. His theory is that machines are programmed to hit big relatively early, to convince you the game can be won. Then you will chase that dragon until you lose big. By cashing out of the machine and putting new tickets in, the machine thinks you are a new player and resets the pattern to take all your money. He says it works. I learned a long time ago, the only way to win is not to play.

If you press info and read the section that tells you about the bonus. It will tell you the bonus is actually random. The meter is just for show. It is just like the pot of gold video game. It just makes people come sit down at the machine if its filled to the top but it doesnt mean the bonus will hit.

Totally HILARIOUS getting the bonus at .75 all 3 times trying to beat the game. They probably tested it on smart kids like EJ and programmed it accordingly 😂😂😂😂😂 It’s totally in teaser mode to get you to keep playing believing that the next green amount will move the green bonus. It’s the same with the Goldfish game. Those fish can look so fat that it cracks the bowl, but it will take forever to get a spin that finally cracks the bowl. In the meantime you keep playing thinking it’s about to crack and it doesn’t. Lots of games are like that bc the programmers know people are looking for games where they think it’s about to pop. It's the same with the dancing drums (and probably most others). I've walked up to many machines that had the pot full of coins that look like it was just waiting to pop off. Many times that has turned out not to be the case.

Exactly! The green meter moves forward like it is about to progress, but it bounces back to its original place. The human mind thinks it will hit soon, therefore, the player continues to feed it, or put money into the machine.

I agree with WBG, I don't think the bonus bar is any different than the pigs, lamps, coin piles etc. But I sure love watching you guys, couldn't stop laughing when you kept hitting bonuses at $.75
