My oh my. What a series, what a season. Not only did we see some great wiffle ball, great plays, great storylines, great teams We saw some great perseverance through these difficult times. To all those at the MLW crew, Kyle, Dan, Tommy, Drew, Szerlag, Jorgy, Chadwick, Cheetahm, Warda, all of em. Thanks for giving us something to root for this year. Congrats to the Cats on another great season, and congrats to the Gators for a big win, a monumental, history making win. What a season

Watching this season was a reminder of why baseball, in any form, can be the most exciting, competitive game anywhere. This was my first season watching and I enjoyed every minute. The caliber of play, the drama, the personality of the players, the professional presentation - it was all top notch and I can't wait till next season! Congrats to the Gators!

Not only was this the conclusion of the 2020 MLW season, but it was also the conclusion of the first era of the league. The veterans that pioneered the league from the early stages have been dethroned by the league's youngest player and a couple of rookies. This is the beginning of a new era in MLW. As the stars of the past move on to different walks of life, such as Noah Daberko, a new wave of stars, like Chris Cheetam, Brendan Jorgenson, and Jimmy Knorp take their seats. While this may be a sign of change to the league we all grew up watching, it's also a sign of bigger and better things to come for MLW.

I only started watching MLW this year. In trying to find a team to root for, I watched a bit of the preseason videos and then the draft. The draft day trade between the Cobras and the Gators was ultimately what made me a Gators fan. Without any major context, I thought Drew Davis made an awful trade, and would therefore become a Gators fan to applaud Brendan Szerlag's strong GM skills, as well as get behind a team that seemingly had nowhere to go but up. Not only that, but the fact that Cheetam was still available for the Gator's second pick made this an absolute steal. Watching the preseason stuff I definitely thought he was a top three prospect. So, the Gators had me hooked. And what a season it was. Very proud of my team. They pulled through in such a great fashion. The trio of Szerlag, Jorgensen, and Cheetam will be a dominant force for years to come and the cornerstone to a Gators dynasty. We have Drew Davis to thank for that! Thank you Kyle and everyone else behind the scenes for running such a fun, enjoyable league. I never thought I’d be rooting this hard for a whiffleball team. In a year where sports has been incredibly strange, MLW provided some much needed excitement for sports fans. Can’t wait for next year. Go Gators! 2020 Champs!!
