THIS IS JUST MY THEORY, YOU COULD DELETE MY MESSAGE IF YOU WISH, I DON'T WANT YOU TO FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE READING THIS, BUT I JUST WANT TO ADDRESS SOME THINGS. So, from what I gathered for about few minutes, I feel like some videos are hints, some posts and descriptions of some videos are things you have personal connection to. I was able to conclude some theories on why you felt the need to do what you do. Are you perhaps embarrassed at some of the videos you've made? There was a post mentioning about it, sometimes you just feel like it's not good enough, but only a few selected videos are public, so i'm guessing they're your personal favourites. Personally, I like a majority of them, I religiously listen to them while I'm in the gym doing cardio. I think that it's good to have some form of self critical judgy moments for your standards, but I really do like them and I'm pretty picky with things I like. Liking your content is something I'll never be unhappy about. So easy on yourself, no one can make a perfect work overnight. And honestly, animation has never been something easy but you made it looked like a piece of cake, I have heard from Japanese animators and how they work, for them, 10 years of experience is like "wow, you're still a noob?", I find it ridiculous how awful their work ethics are but it is something to be admired. So if you're discourage because you think after so many years, the animation still looks like a peepeepoopoo then don't, NO, BAD. Your animation is top notch. I'm sure you must felt like you're a bad person, but I assure you, I don't believe anyone who is here would say that, we are supportive of you and I know that when you read our compliments, it puts a smile on your face. I know you just love it whenever some rando just comes in and say how awesome your animations are (I'm from the Asia region of the world and I've heard and seen really brutal shit in America, so I hope whatever environment you're in, they will treat you right and treat you healthy. I might be offensive when insinuating all things in America is shit but I don't doubt my belief about Murica being a failed society, so I pray for your safety and your health to be well). I would like to remind you that YOU ARE INDEED surrounded by lovely people on the internet who does care for you, so don't beat yourself too much. And from what I see for the past years of watching your uploads (I might be stupid saying all of these, cause they are just theories and there are no confirmation about it), you've been in some pretty brutal mental years, your characters are dark, grim and tragic, depressing and pretty much just negative vibes, but there are some pretty good times when the characters are happy and fun and wacky and bright. So don't give up, you have some hope in you that won't go anywhere but stay in your brain rent free. It's ok to vent your emotion through animation, ranting is a pretty good way to stress relieve though, it's not a very friendly way but it's a good therapeutic way to feel less like a piece of shit. You don't have to force yourself to find help, I find it ridiculous that some people are physically forcing you to "get help so you can function better in society". Doesn't matter what their relationship to you are, it's an unhealthy way of helping people. I'm sorry that you've been through that, I don't have any experience of my own to share but I empathise with what you'd been through. I know that you're 21 now, you're like 1 year older than I am but you've accomplished SO MUCH MORE than what I did. It sounded far fetch but it's the truth, I am VERY high standard of what I do. I live in Asia, I'm fucking asian and funny enough, I'm HALF CHINESE, the amount of bullshit all the adults be telling me "work harder, get better grades, study or i'll punish you", prevented me from doing anything that I WANT. So what you've achieved now is nothing but extraordinary, it's not a small feat. So don't feel like you haven't done enough, you've done plenty. All I fucking did was study and depress. I have been changing myself for the pass 2 years now, so far it's been an incredible journey for me. So I hope you make changes that would make you happier as well, it doesn't have to be now, but it can be someday, don't sleep on it, you are amazing with what you do so *raise fist to air, standing in middle of ocean* NEVER GIVE UP!
