We’ll practise using common phrases and speaking clearly on the phone. When you call the bank, you need to convey personal information clearly - there’s no room for error! So you’ll learn some useful ways that you can talk clear on the phone in English.

Years ago, I certainly had much problems when I first started my job with an airline in Hong Kong because I had to talk with foreign tourists on the phone all the time. English is my second language but I managed to get by as I had intensive training in the company.
