I ordered a MN82 Toyota Land Cruiser LC79. This is one of the interesting RTR crawlers you can get at this time.
And it wasn´t me, if I would leave the car in this state. In this video I unbox the car and present you the things I like to change.

Hi Dirk, that's a very detailed little truck my friend! The new colour will suit it I think. Those metal upgrades will transform this truck for sure. It is impressive how slow this truck can crawl but those mods are needed! Great project you have here! 😎👌👍

Thanks a lot for watching Paul. Depending on Derek from Holly Hill RC, it looks like they had upgraded the car, whivh caused the delays and the order with a new item number. The new version has wipers. Don't know if they changed more on the car.

Ich finde die kleinen Crawler richtig klasse.👍 Vor allem das man die kleine Akkus im Rucksack laden kann. Wenn es mal Spontan werden muss 🤣

You are lucky Dirk because you've got a later edition MN82 with wipers. My earlier version didn't have wipers included. So maybe having your first order cancelled and waiting a long time for this one was not so bad. I'm looking forward to seeing your changes 🙂👍🏼👍🏼

Thanks a lot Derek. Interesting you see this detail. I didn't know it. And as soft as their plastic of the wipers is, they're annoying to get into their holes and bending. Sorry to say that. But I'll do the gears and motor and the heat shrinks (thanks for that idea) on my second tuning run. Have a great weekend my friend.

Excellente review, I was thinking of getting one, I’ve had trouble with Banggood, the b36 truck I ordered said USA warehouse but there shipping from china its taking 5-6 weeks. No more Banggood for me 😎🙏🏽☮️✝️

They are okay . They run smother than the previous one the jeep Cherokee 🤣 ok haven't done anything yet to mine but will definitely be making changes . For the price range is okay keep it up Dirk 💯

Ja der ist Klasse, coole Optik von vorne. Ich verstehe zwar hier immer nix und die Untertitel sind vür 2024 unglaublich schlechl aber ich denke du wirst ihn noch gut Tunen🙂

Danke für den Hinweis. Die Untertitel sind vom Computer. Anscheinend kommen die Menschen auf mein Englisch klar. Keine Ahnung, warum die AI nicht. Werde mich bemühen noch deutlicher zu sprechen. Es wird aber immer Probleme wegen der technischen Fachbegriffe geben.🤷‍♂️

True my friend. But it looks like they had upgraded the car (wipers) and created a new item (number). So this might be the reason for the delay, too.🤔. But now, as I got mine, I'm happy.

That’s pretty cool that the transmitter comes with the thumb drive right out if the box! Cool! Are the leaf springs plastic too or are they metal? The truck looks pretty cool so I’ll be watching for your next video. Can’t wait to see all your upgrades.

Thanks Freddy. The thumb steering helped a lot while I filmed the first run. Very comfortable. There's one metal leaf on every side and three fakes underneath without any function. I'm thinking about binding them together like Derek from Holly Hill RC did.

Da ist er also, DEIN MN82! 🙆‍♂ Ja, ich teile Deine ersten Eindrücke. Wie Du schon richtig erwähnt hast, muss man bei einem solchen RC-Auto den Preis berücksichtigen. Der Motor ist zwar noch immer kein Hammer, aber immerhin wirkt er stärker als in manch anderem Modell von MN. 👍 Ich bin jetzt mal gespannt, wie sich Deine ersten Upgrades auf das Fahrverhalten des Autos auswirken und vor allem, wie er auch nach Deiner Lackierung aussieht. Und weil ich weiß, dass Du Ahnung hast von dem was Du machst, bitte ich Dich um etwas Eile, weil ich auf das Ergebnis so gespannt bin! 😁

Danke sehr, Wursti. Schön, daß wir im gleichen Boot sitzen. Leider und weil ich auch von KZfaq ein bisschen Ahnung habe, muß ich Dich um etwas Geduld bitten. Die Serie hat bisher vier weitere Folgen und am Sendeplan möchte ich nocht rütteln😁. Aber soviel sei schon verraten, es wir mehr ein Trailingfahrzeug, als ein Crawler sein. Damit ist er auch näher am Original. Und die Performance mit den original Teilen (Motor, Getriebe umd Servo ist auch okay). Dir noch ein schönes Wochenende.

@@RCBirds Ja, ja... KZfaq! Man muss den Leuten genug Zeit geben, damit sie sich die Beiträge anschauen können. Ansonsten werden nur die ersten 10 Sekunden des neuesten Videos geschaut und der Rest geht komplett verschütt. 😂 Auch ich kann Statistiken lesen! 🤪 Was die Möglichkeiten des Fahrzeugs angeht, sollte eigentlich jedem auch klar sein, dass das Teil (übertragen auf Fahrräder), der MN82, eher ein Trekking-, statt eines Mountainbikes ist. 😉 Auch Dir noch ein schönes WE! 👋 Meines beginnt heute Nachmittag zumindest schon mal wunderbar, weil um 14:00 die 24h am Nürburgring beginnen. Aber viel wichtiger ist für mich, als Zecke, wie das CL-Finale heute Abend ausgeht. 🖤💛
