We built our house 16 years ago. Hall, we did Tiles flooring. Remaining all rooms like bedrooms, kitchen, dining all mosique. Now, except hall, all other rooms floor are damaged. Porinju poiduch, that’s the reason people stopped using mosiq .. so I go with Tiles.

இது 70 , 80, 90 களில் கொடிகட்டிப் பறந்தது. சென்னை அயன்புரத்தில் ' டைமண்ட் டைல்ஸ்' எனும் கம்பெனியால் சென்னை மாநகரத்தில் ஆயிரக்கணக்கான கட்டிடங்களுக்கு இவர்கள்தான் சப்ளை. இக் கம்பெனியால் நிறைய பேர் வேலை பெற்றனர்.

உண்மையிலேயே இந்த டைல்ஸ்க்கு இணையில்லை சார். அதன் பிராஸசை நேரில் பார்த்தால் அவ்வளவு பரவசமாயிருக்கும். சிப்ஸ்களில் எவ்வளவு வெரைட்டி தெரியுமா ? ஒரு சிறு பாறையின் எடை பத்து கிலோவுக்கும் அதிகமாயிருக்கும் அதை பாதாம் கொட்டை அளவு முதல் ரவை அளவுக்கு உடைப்பார்கள் அதன் சைஸ் ஜீரோ . * ஒரு ஹைட்ராலிக் மிஷினில் நான்குபேர் விரைவாக வேலை பார்ப்பார்கள் , ஆனாலும் கற்கள் ஒன்று போலவே இருக்கும். நான் வேலை செய்யவில்லை ஆனாலும் நிறைய அனுபவம் உண்டு.

Kishore, all big companies have HR department. Based on the volume of the business handled by the company and the responsibility handled by the employee, salary is fixed. Relating to the demand, supply is more. More number of fresh engineering graduates are coming out every year. So competition is more. Companies are having option to pay minimum. If a system pay only minimum salary, there won't be any culture or bond with the company. As a fresher, one needs to find a better opportunity to learn more, prove his/her capability and climb the hierarchy. Cheers.

Practical life la, village la irundhu varavunga(Basic degree BE) oru city la life lead Panna minimum 8k-10k thevai padudhu sir,oru company owner place la irundhu neenga solldradhu ok sir, bt oru victim place la irundhu think Panna rombo kashtam dhana sir, compare to IT field fresher Ku training + salary best uh kudukuranga Namma field Kum apdi oru basic pay irundha nallarukum sir. Indha difficulties pathi neenga oru mentor uh video podunga sir..Please.
