We return to the Buxton Pavilion. This time we are on the lookout for some OO scale Hornby coaches, lots of other great things to look at including a nice O gauge loco and Pauline gets tempted by a Pullman observation coach.Thanks for watching. #modelrailways #bargainhunting #toyfair

there was a observation coach on hattons at 66 but they`ve had them up for a lot more, but I woundn`t go that kind of money on old stock. I got a few bits today at my local show but it does seem to be moving more towards diecast collectors

Miss Ron on Stockport Market, he was reasonably priced unlike the model shop at the garden centre near Hazel Grove.

Hi David, same here it was always good to visit Ron and then grab a bite to eat at Tiamos Cafe round the corner. Nice to bump into him at the odd toy fair though, he has been in a few of our other videos as well. Last time was the Bolton Toy Fair a few months ago. Thanks for watching Rick

Hi Rick & Pauline, There toy fair are super bargain ground, much better than the special train shows. On the other hand the train shows are very good to find specific and specialized things, and the layouts of corse. I saw some very interesting bargains there, grait fair, nice setting, lovely video, what more do we want😁 thanks. Cheers, Danny

Do you have a Gresley V2, they are a very handsome mixed traffic loco. When it comes to Diesels I like the class 41 original Warship, my favourite is the Class 56.

Going price for the observation car is about £60 to £100! How much did you pay for the Bournville?

Hi Tim, the car was £60 but buying it would mean I would have to upgrade all my existing Pullmans! Bourneville was £5.

Hi Pauline and Rick another great toy fair! The lady in red looked lovely today! Some great locos and wagons. I always judge shows and fairs by the quality of the food available! Not much in the way of continental ho. Just two questions 1. Has Pauline moved on to blue coaches from wagons? 2. Will the Bobby wagons be blue? Harry

Hi Harry, Pauline always looks lovely and she did appreciate your comment. I think we have got nearly all the blue wagons so I think coaches might be her next target. Bobby wagons will have to wait (and they will probably be blue) but he will be in our next video. Food was ok as there is a nice cafe in the pavilion. All the best Rick

Very often you’ll find that a white freight van or truck is cheaper than another freight vehicle in another colour.

Hi Antony, we went looking for BR Blue Grey coaches and we picked up some. We don't always have the budget for some items and/or we buy something else we like. Of course if it's not a particularly rare item we know we will see some again. Too much choice! Many thanks for watching Rick

Hi Rick and Pauline ,, Do you know the R.???? Number for the pullman rear observation carriage that Pauline picked up first and do you have any idea of the value of them if you know ? Gee there were some bargain prices on some of the train's & items and yet there were some rather hefty prices on the other ones too. I suppose its the same here in oz bit just about everything here is at top dollar wether its on local market place or the usual sellers that ask top dollar for there bits.
