Hi guys, nice video, thx for it! In my case all of the louvers were reporting failures, so I ran the offline Toolbox 2.1 to perform the louvers calibration and also the louver angle fix procedure. It failed for all of them, both the procedures. But then suddely when I have arrived to the Supercharger I have noticed the side louvers to be opening again! Related faults also disappeared. Remained only for the rad shutters, so wondering, what could be wrong... I have one theory nevertheless ;)

Are you running on an MCU2? The service mode on my 2017 MS75 equipped with MCU1 is much less detailed, no thermal test is available.

MCU1 does not support thermal test, correct.

How do you disconnect the harness? Do you have to slide forward or backwards with the safety clip? Then press down and pull the harness?

I guess they are at least twice as expensive. I did not ask for a price because I did not repair the middle louver. I bought the side louver on eBay. Rolf

Thank you for prompt reply. I have the issue with all louvers. Like I understood from your video, no séance to change only actuators. Am I right?

@@sergeizharikov8125 The problem with the actuators is that you don’t know which direction they are turning. They are both the same part numbers. My louvers were damaged anyway so I exchanged the entire assembly. Rolf
