★★★ SOCIAL ANXIETY COACHING ★★★
Hey, it's Brandon! On a 60-minute Zoom call, I will help you to stop caring what people think of you.
I will help you to get your social skills to a level where you're enjoying yourself and not constantly second-guessing everything.
In high school I used to be a 'floater' - I'd walk around from group to group, never feeling like I fit in. I was always the quiet one, and I was afraid to talk to women, let alone understand them.
Now I talk to women with ease, dive into public speaking gigs with enthusiasm, vibe with my real friends, and choose to be the one who organizes get-togethers.
My approach is to 'cut to the mustard' and get to the Truth of parts of yourself you are hiding, but only as far as you are willing to go. I will never force you to do or say something you don't want to do.
My number one reason for helping you is to get you to place in yourself where you feel like you are free. You are at ease. Because you are being the authentic you!

Summaries are good, but y'all should definitely read the book if you have a chance. I think what's most empowering about it is how Mark reminds us that it's okay to be us and to be attracted to women. Too many dudes suppress it, and will certainly regret it near the end of their lives.

It actually worked for me. I used to be afraid to look directly into people's eyes, but practicing on strangers was a very great way to learn. Only problem, sometimes it sparks great emotions. They either think that you are challenging them or they want to be your friend.

Bruce Wayne how do you maintain eye contact without staring at them
@DwyaneWadeCounty
@DwyaneWadeCounty 3 жыл бұрын
@@Randomusername382 The whole idea is to make a connection with a stranger through eye contact and a smile. You are not staring them down in a staring contest or challenging to a duel. It's more like, "hey, there, stranger, I'm happy to see you." You wanna spark positive and happy emotions between you and the stranger. Naturally, both of you are going to lock and keep eye contact until one of you break. If you keep practicing this, eventually you'll gain confidence and charm that will cause the other person to break eye contact, not because of you creeping them out, but because they are overwhelmed by your positivity. And then you will spark curiosity. They may even approach you and ask for your name. Well, that's all I know.

Only other book you might need is No more mr nice guy, but that's only if you are really a push over with everyone. Even Mark Manson recommends it. Anyway trust me, don't stop at this summary, but really at least download an audio book. And no this is not endorsed.

My main problem is that I'm on drugs and it's starting to show. I have convinced myself to never expect anything from anyone due to shitty past relationships. Why do I feel like I'm stuck in a neverending now, no regrets of the past, no anxiety or ambition for the future, and I'm not sure how I got here. Did I give too little fucks, or too many? Sometimes I think I am broke. For instance, there are times when I'll go almost an entire day without hearing any inner-dialogue or "thinking" to myself, it's like I'm flying on autopilot; I can stay like that until I actively make myself start thinking about something, or listening to a song, or whatever. It's peaceful, but I think I'm broken.

Honestly I'm not sure if a good self immage is really everything... here's why: if she let's say sees deficits in non verbal communication... she proably won't be able to trust a man's self immage either. That is the reason most guys DEMAND to see that they are capable enough before allowing themselves to truely not give a damn about other's opinions; it's because we otherwise risk social isolation if we empower ourselves with no apparent reason.
