In this animated book summary of The Rational Male Preventive Medicine by Rollo Tomassi, you will gain an understanding of the phases of a woman’s life, you will gain more power over your dating life, waste less time, and become better at attracting and keeping your dream women or woman.
★★★ SOCIAL ANXIETY COACHING ★★★
Hey, it's Brandon! On a 60-minute Zoom call, I will help you to stop caring what people think of you.
I will help you to get your social skills to a level where you're enjoying yourself and not constantly second-guessing everything.
In high school I used to be a 'floater' - I'd walk around from group to group, never feeling like I fit in. I was always the quiet one, and I was afraid to talk to women, let alone understand them.
Now I talk to women with ease, dive into public speaking gigs with enthusiasm, vibe with my real friends, and choose to be the one who organizes get-togethers.
My approach is to 'cut to the mustard' and get to the Truth of parts of yourself you are hiding, but only as far as you are willing to go. I will never force you to do or say something you don't want to do.
My number one reason for helping you is to get you to place in yourself where you feel like you are free. You are at ease. Because you are being the authentic you!

Women are constantly evaluating men, so you just have to be always ascending. The thing is, nobody is always ascending. Another key to relaxing with women and not being afraid is knowing that they're never yours, it's just your turn... So what's there to be nervous about? No matter how hot she is, or how much she professes to love you it's all temporary with them... So you can't lose what you never had. The 1% better is cool in theory as far as keeping women, but should keeping them be the reason for that or the goal for men? I say no, we should get better because we want to be the best versions of ourselves, not to keep a woman, that's flawed thinking and could lead to oneitis if you base what you do around that. Now you're working out for them, climbing the corporate ladder for them. Being successful is for us, they are a benefit of that success. Nothing more than that.

Phase 2 is EXACTLY what happened to me and exactly where I fucked up...I made the classic mistake of following my girl to college. I wish Rollo's books existed in 2007/8. For the first year, my decision seemed like the right choice, but in the final 8 months....it was a PURE nightmare. Our almost 4 year relationship was not enough to hold off the BARRAGE of options for a girl that looked like her---sweet, petite, feminine tinkerbelle with auburn hair and a great body. I didn't stand a chance against the options that were starting to pop up because I was no longer the rockstar boyfriend she once had when I was coming back and forth from Los Angeles. I became a normal guy working, struggling to make ends meet at the point we moved in together. She wasn't leaning on me anymore, it became the reverse, and that's where it all went under. Any guys that wanna keep their girl after high school...you need to be BALLIN'. I'm not saying you need to make a lot of money, but whatever your career ambition is, you need to be a fucking rockstar with it and really be out there doing it. You need to be something other guys around her aren't able to compete with. It's the only way, otherwise, your number is up. I 100% agree, women in their 30s are the WORST to date. Expectations are way too fucking high, baggage is way too fucking high, and they have nothing to offer other than to beat you over the head with their accomplishments, which mean nothing to a man. I kinda see myself in a good spot tbh--though I'm almost 39, I look young enough to attract girls in their first hoe phase, but my intellect and POV is that of someone my age, so I can attract the 40-somethings too. I do need to get my physique game up though, so I'm dedicating these holidays and next year to just that so I can Chad it up a little.

What most simps, feminist fe/males, white-knights, betas and conservative guys fail to realize: bad boys provide excitement, novelty, unpredictability and fun (fear, roller-coaster drama) to a new level. In other words, stability and commitment (no longer) won't cut it for today's 🦄. Why is that? Before she was your girlfriend, wife or lover, she already had been "run through" so many guys. And each time she slept with someone (both wo/men), she lost a part of her psyche, well-being or mind/soul/spirit. In other words, she is no longer able to have emotional attachment in a healthy or committed way. *Sex and Culture* by Joseph Daniel Unwin *The Rational Male Series* by Rollo Tomassi *The Manipulated Man* by Esther Vilar *The Myth of Male Power* by Warren Farrell *The Feminist Lie: It Was Never About Equality* by Bob Lewis *Anatomy of Female Power* by Chinweizu Ibekwe *Men on Strike* by Helen Smith *Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars: An Introductory Programing Manual* by Anonymous Isaiah 3:12 *Childish* leaders oppress my people, and *women* rule over them. O my people, your leaders mislead you; they send you down the wrong road. Proverbs 31:3 Don't give your strength (attention, resources, mental point origen) to women, nor your ways to that which destroys kings. Ezekiel 23:20 There she lusted after her lovers, whose genitals were like those of donkeys and whose emission was like that of horses. Feminist's Ideology from Sheryl Sandberg, chief operating officer of Facebook: "My advice to women is date all of them: the bad boys, the cool boys, the commitment-phobic boys, the crazy boys. But do not marry them. The things that make the bad boys sexy do not make them good husbands. When it comes time to settle down, find someone who wants an equal partner. Someone who thinks women should be smart, opinionated and ambitious. Someone who values fairness and expects or, even better, wants to do his share in the home. These men exist and, trust me, over time, nothing is sexier."

THANK YOU! PLEASE continue to summarize Rollo's work. It's very important because his writing (and this is the one knock I have on him) is often VERY difficult to digest for simple idiots like me. He has a tendency to WAY overcomplicate the message with overly wordy sentences instead of just putting everything in plain English. If I have to read "operative social conventions" one more time I'm gonna put my frickin head in a blender lol.

Youre not an idiot youre just lazy. And hes not wordy. Stephen King is wordy. I bet y'all are the same people who complain about his 3 hour long videos too. But here's the thing: what you guys want isnt something that can be answered in one sentence. Its a dedication and discipline. Just like a relationship and being a parent is. We as men are responsibie for tolerating the toxic type of dating culture that exists nowadays. In the 1920's, our (great) grandfathers didn't tolerate this kind of bullshit. If you as a man do not tolerate a woman's games or bullshit you at least show yourself and the other person that you respect yourself enough which might actually make her respect you as well. I feel bad that I only figured this out not long ago. Just take control of things and ignore -even though it is indeed really sad - double standards because they will probably always be there anyway.... My best tip is to just put as much efdort in someone else as they are putting in you. If she acts like you're not important, then walk away. Don't overcomplicate it

oh no "Where are all the good men gone" is not about MGTOW it is about the fact that men do not achieve as much as women woud like and it is not that easy to get good rich provider as like 20 years before. The issue is mostly with modern economy which is going to the drain.

I just said that I thickly. My friend, I’ve personally observed women create and maintain a unhappy situations for themselves. Attractive people have options so they are less likely to be committed/ have self restrain because of the constant temptation (whether male or female). Not exactly so, the problem with women is that they prefer men who treat them like shit. As that's how women usually get aroused. it is very uncommon that woman will get wet from guy giving her compliments or doing nice stuff to her and that is the only thing what really matters.

Easiest remedy: there are more out there. AND if you are worth anything at all, you can always take pleasure in your own company. So this got me thinking, is there such thing as true love. Do women ever unconditionally love their male partner? Or do women only stick around with you as long as they feel excited with you, and as soon as those feelings change, they want to change to another partner? This just seems like women don't truly love any male partner, they just love the emotions and hormones they feel while being with you. Otherwise, if there is true love, they would love you for who you are as a Human being, and not constantly seek for attention from other chads and alphas. I guess the old saying is true, she's not yours, it's only your turn.

My wife has left me for a slavic man in an adidas track suit who uses the same cologne she used to have as an air freshener whenever she took a dump when my wife was little. And upon rescenting the same cologne my wife gets put into a state of nostalgia, getting to experience the same sense of relief whenever she moved her bowels as a child & thats exactly the reason she is so attracted to this man. Whenever she nibbles on his neck, she literally tries to taste the scent of said air freshener. But I advised against it, since its not meant for consumption. So I told her I was paying a renowned group of scientists to extract the scent & put it in food items. So she can eat the scent that made her feel happy back then. And then poop it out afterwards & have a hearty sniff at her chocolate nuggets, holding it in her arm like a warm loaf of bread. And who knows, she may even have a taste. I mean if the scientists did an outstanding job, I bet the strong scent of woodland roses would overpower the chocolatey bitter "After" tones XD But nevertheless, Im very proud for my wife that she is getting married in June. The only way to get her back would be to cover myself in little air freshener trees & present one to her as a sign that I still love her. And which serves as a wedding ring replacement. But what kind of simp would I be if I would diddle my wife myself? No, Im sure my wife will be very happy moving in with Milos & his adjoined donkey stable right next to the house. Living in a 2 bedroom mansion with both his sister & his mother. While they eat deep fried donkey schlongs on a hock swinging in their faces to increase appetite during the candle light dinner. Forgive me Carol for I have simped. I shall head to the cathedral tower & to punish myself with tactical strokes of my whip onto myself.

The deconstruction of old-fashioned traditions in Western society has allowed more freedom for adults. Women, alpha males, and wealthy betas have more sexual freedom. But freedom isn't free, and our children pay the price. 36% of children grow up in single-parent homes. 1 in 4 children grow up without a father. Where is this leading our society?
