You're the reason I got an 8 string. I have a hard time thinking of any other music I've enjoyed more than yours in any recent memory. Seriously, very inspiring. I've been playing off and on for like 20 something years lol I'm 33, started at 11. But you have made me pick it back up again this past year. Thank you for that and your incredible music.

You can get one that I've bought called fretwraps it's just a strap that you put just at the top of first fret or past nut

Does anyone know what the technique at 00:46 is called where he gets that scratchy picking sound? And if there are any tutorials on how to achieve this sound? Ive looked at pick scratching? but just get tutorials on how to do pick slides. Cheers :)
