B. Vinny Scott just wait for "the big one" according to scientists happen. The last earthquake didn't happen since 1866. They say it will be a 9.0 or higher and it's overdue by like 20 years. All those houses will be toothpicks floating in the ocean.

I assume this is a multi-million dollar house with neighbors 3 feet away, no thanks. If I was spending this much, I'd want some land and privacy. I'm sure this locale is paradise for some, but being near the ocean is irrelevant to me. I'd rather have 100+ acres in the Rocky mountain foothills in Colorado...it'd probably cost less than this.
