Bad players don’t like CoD before Black Ops because BO and onward was when Activision realized if they wanted to sell games, they had to make people happy. And how do you make people happy? You make the bad players feel like they’re good. CoD stopped being about skill after MW2 to sell more games.

I've used both attachments a considerable amount... there's a reason I have 4 different silenced UMP classes. Silencer reduces the recoil a considerable amount, which makes it easily the best attachment. The fact that it allows you to be stealthy while rushing is just a huge bonus.

+VirusZero0140 i have played every cod. You can't seriously think you can outgun a riffle or machine gun long range with the mp40 except for blinds. ump outguns easily most weapons in mw2 maybe not the famas. and it's supressed 99% of time whereas mp40 is not

My usual setup is the M16 with the Grenade Launcher and FMJ then the Akimbo 1887 with FMJ. Then my perks are well obviously BlingPro, then Stopping Power Pro, and finally Steady Aim Pro. Equipment is always Stun grenades and either Semtex or Claymore. My Kill Streak Rewards are Harrier Strike, Pavelow, and then finally depending on the map I’ll pick either Chopper Gunner or AC-130

@NimbleTurtle13 ...my point being, a ump with silencer and cold blooded at the long range kills in 3 hits, same in short range. rpm difference is negligble(in regards to smgs, and attachments are irrelevant as thy all have same attachments), as with exception of mp5k, at close range, other smgs do 30 damage or lower, so they need sp to even consider competing with ump. also, only the vector has a +300 rof to ump, and it has 25 max damage, so it cant compete with ump anyway.

like he said stopping power is not necessary , tough that somew people prefer to use lightweight but in my opnion its a solid choice tough that you can be pout gunned by someone with the same gun using it if caught in direct fire fight

@AmericanPsycho08 actually that makes perfect sense because of the muzzle velocity, bullets velocity at time of impact, and sheer stopping power of the weapon. Two shots from a 45 will end most people. Assault rifle bullets tend to have a higher survival rate because they are typically fired from further range thus causing two circumstances. Accuracy falloff and reduced bullet speed from the drag of the air. That being said, realistic stats would require realistic scenario for said weapons.
