Following the rules ,, “ I don’t know “” but in my early 30’s ,,going back to sport ,,reading any book and athletics,, training and then entering the race or just completing the task ,, I found this very very liberating . No coach ,unless I employed one , no serious rivals ,,just enjoy ☺️the journey.

Performing at a world-class level in any domain usually requires becoming a single dimensional person and neglecting other areas of life. After all, if you aren't willing to sacrifice everything in pursuit of becoming amongst the best in the world at that thing, one of the other 8 billion people on the Earth are.

Mine's trauma. A lot of it is self inflicted by now, but anytime I start to get on a roll or flow, my mind will just randomly get super triggered by my past, uncontrollable flaws, and ambiguous situations/relationships

One of the biggest ways in which he has been rewarded for competing is when he learned a loophole in wrestling, which enabled him to become a “Champion” by repeatedly pushing his opponent out of the ring… 🤦🏻‍♂️ 🤷🏻‍♂️

Wasting his time on you. You can tell Ferris was not impressed by you at all. Seems like he couldn't wait for the "interview" to end with the ex reality TV star and shady bar operator with no talent or contributing at all in this world, besides making friends with famous people and climbing the later in the most pathetic way.
