it's funny you mentioned the artificial heavy lifting. I used to be a gymrat. but after corona. I started working heavy labour. My GF doesn't understand why the Gym doesn't gratify me anymore. Exactly. Those who tried to speak out were silenced and everyone else sat back and watched the show thanking whatever their beliefs were that they weren't in the cross hairs. The problem is that the silent majority sat back and let them keep doing it until the mob had so much power that it started affecting the majority. Now people wanna speak out and say they won't be silent, but by now the mob has control of some major cities/states and they have the backing of spineless politicians who are catering to every demand so they keep getting votes. I’ve just recently left the left as a political identity. I was awoken to how far left they (and myself to some extent) had gone after 10/7. The insane amount of antisemitism and cheerleading for terrorists was the final straw for me. I consider myself to be an old school liberal, but the Democrats now pander to the progressive left and they are not taking me with them. I can’t believe I’m saying it, but I’ll be voting for Trump this year.

This is proven in their willingness to break social and political code of conduct i.e. try to imprison their political opposition through lawfare. In doing so, they risk mutual escalation and destruction. Why is there a code of conduct? Because when the opposition party comes into power, they can do the exact same thing back to you. Once initiated, its an endless cycle of playing dirty and everyone loses.

I think one thing that will be important if we have reached peak woke is to not let it go too far back in the other direction. If it goes back too far in the other direction then we will just end up back where we are now eventually. Basically dont be an asshole to people is a pretty good guide to follow. Assume everyone is deep down a good person until they prove you wrong. That is my big concern is people will go way too far in the other direction and that isnt productive either.

The use of SSRIs (at 5:40 ) antidepressants. Chris says at 5:48 that "exercise is more effective than SSRIs". Great info. Unfortunately, Piers decided to interrupt him and I couldn't understand the rest of what Chris said. This is verry important information: exercise instead of antidepressant drugs. I wish interviewers would NOT interrupts the people they have chosen to interview. I like listening to Chris' interviews (on his channel) becuase he lets the interviewer speak.

I agree with everything that has been said. Bullying has gone on in schools forever but now the bullies can get at their victim 24/7 via their mobile phones. It is crushing never being able to get away from constant criticism, vile remarks, pile on by so called friends. The mobile has become an two edged sword. Severely restricting the amount of time children can go on them must be enforced for their mental health.
