Love your modest style! My 20 year old daughter dresses so much like this! She's stylish but modest always! So proud of you for encouraging this! God too taught me modesty in my early 20's. God delivered of being promiscuous. So thankful I was obedient. My husband appreciates it.

Yes, modesty has so much layers.. I started with not wearing short dresses and skirts, then stopped wearing skinny jeans and leggings with short and tight tops.. It takes time to figure out what works and looks good on you, for me that's loose mom jeans and sweatpants+ baggy shirts, or long comfy dress

I love this! I'm a little more than a year in my walk with Christ where I truly surrendered. I started going to church last summer and I didn't know what to wear. At my church all the girls wear skirts and dresses but that's just not me. I like wearing my pants and having a more casual look. I have since bought a few things but I save them just for church. I've been trying to find more longer shirts or cardigans that cover my back side cuz I've also been feeling led of the Lord to cover up. I want to dress like this everyday but I can never find cute clothes like I dont wanna look like a vieja lol. We have similar styles. This video is really encouraging and helpful!

these are sooo cute and totally my style!!💓 i need those leather flared pants and the silky ones too🥲 this is convicting me, i usually dress like this but since i’m in FL it’s hard to wear something on top of my shirt if it’s a bit tight but i always wear loose bottoms. the only place i need to work on modesty is at the gym..that’s a tough one for me 😅

Even before my conversion I dressed pretty “modestly” to the world. I would cover myself and didn’t show any skin BUT I loved to look expensive. I would show of jewelry and clothes wore makeup that enhanced my eyes. I was full of vanity and enjoyed the attention so God put it in my mind to stop. My modest journey has been different to yours but still similar because God want us to leave the things of the world behind.
