A non-typical car review over a 2014 2SS Chevy Camaro with 500whp. Easily one of the most fun cars I've driven. Also one of the fastest.

First of all, props on the intro Riley! Yea a lot of people do videos this way but overall it's good to see change and fresh ideas in your channel! I like the idea of the video, your buddy was mildly awkward but I want to assume it was his first time on cam. I absolutely love the exhaust, keep up the great work dude🤘🏼

This is identical to mine. Tinted ass Windows, new cam, new exhaust, exact same rims brand and all, only difference is mines a 2010 cause I liked the tailights and steering wheel better. Both make 500 hp too it's the greatest thing ever.

+Imad S I actually considered buying a 2016 GT but got such a deal on my R/T that I couldn't pass it up plus I've always liked the styling. Pre-2015 stock GT I can hang with if the driver isn't willing to push top end. That damn Camaro SS though. That thing just walks away and I'm sure it would do the same to even a 2016 GT. I'm talking all stock cars here, no mods. I get you repping your blue oval though. They're all fun cars really. We're kind of in the second golden age of muscle cars right now. Good times.

Mike Marshall Surprised to hear this. Don't get me wrong though lol, not reppin' anything lol it's just that from what I know the S197 5.0 is faster than the 5th gen Camaro SS, although the 6th gen Camaro SS is faster than the S550.

Lmao, “500 wheel”. He’s on that 1320 dyno. Night fury cam and a ported intake and full exhaust is good for 460-470 wheel. Not hating but just don’t get why people say their car makes more than what it actually does 🤷‍♂️ Nice car though....

If you put the LSA blower on that LS3 you should start to look at the bottom end if what you saying is true 700+rwhp range is in the danger zone, from what I understand 650 whp is the safe limit for the LS3. But hey prove me wrong I have an LS3 equipped car so I wouldn't be disappointed if you did.

WRONG 14 is better imo. Keyed ignition. 4 gauge console cluster like original car. Instrument panel like original car. AC vents mounted high in dash, not low. Higher is better. Body looks beefier like a retro camaro should. So what that the 16 is the Alpha platform. 500 to the wheels and you wont notice the 200 ish pounds the 5th gen is over the 6th. Alpha platform is more composed? So fing what, I'm not a professional racer on a track...Auto is faster?, again so what...changing your own gears is the way a MAN drives!

+Imad S test drive both and see for yourself the MT82 isn't shitty if you put in a MGW shifter. It's not the best manual transmission but it is still decent. The auto 6R80 is basically bulletproof and when tuned can really hold it's own in a race.

***** Thanks! The mis-shifts and grinding on cold days etc doesn't bother me as much as it's temporary but things like gears just completely failing and other serious problems is what's holding me back. I thought about the auto but it's just too boring, especially after owning a car with a DCT.

James Brandon yeah it's a little hard to believe, I think more like 475 whp is more reasonable, maybe with long tubes and a good tune on top of what he already has it could make 500whp, but just a cam and bolt-ons doesn't usually make that much more power.
