Looking for vin decoder is how I found this video. It has a H1 horizonal square cylinder, 47mm center to center on studs. 14:12 carburetor, 30 mph with 17" wheels

I recently replaced a faulty fuel valve on my Free Spirit Moped and noticed that the straw on the new one was longer than the old one. Could I add holes to the straw to allow more fuel to pass through? (When the fuel is parallel with the tip of the straw no fuel is being sucked through)

My 1980 Honda express .The spark plug of my motorcycle has sparks, and it dies after working for about 0.5 seconds. It happens every time. The kill switch is not rusted, not sure if its circuit is good. May I ask how to judge the quality of the carburetor, because its choke nut is loose. could you help me to figure out it ? Thanks so much
