If customizing and modifying is crime or criminal activity according to rule book of RTO DEPT then why the government is allowing the traders to SELL SUCH MODIFYING SPARE PARTS OR ACCESSORIES.. then ... why the Government is not ashamed of taking TAXES ON SUCH PRODUCTS .. on one side they are restricting people on NOT modifying ur vehicle as is so called CRIMINAL ACTIVITY... On the other hand they are taking TAXES ON SUCH PRODUCTS imposing GST.. !!!.. and allowing the traders/shoppers to sell SUCH PRODUCTS.. allowing people to BUY and IMPORT from another country.... Isn't it is HYPOCRISY OF GOVERNMENT OF INDIA..at ultra pro max level...???? ... They just want to loot the Normal people AND enthusiastic vehicle passionate people... YAA TO ISS TARAH YAA TOH USS TARAH!!! lekin lootenge to public ko hi... .. ONE hand they want us to buy such things and gain taxes.... And at the same time they (RTO) issues CHALLAN on us... ....
