switching to kokomi would remove his fast dendro application and since he is only using 1 dendro he needs nahida on field most of the time for bloom proc's, and putting kokomi on the field is just a dps loss

kokomi's burst makes her a walking statue of the seven, its so confusing to see him not take advantage of that lol

He also didn't use any healers on floor 11. It wouldn't make for good content if he beats it easily so he has to create more difficulties for a more entertaining video.

That's true for 80% of the time, but Kenki does have an attack in which he dashes forward, followed by an anemo slash, so he can escape that corner but that's kinda rare I guess.

​@@protagkun8859 its anything but rare ..if you watch some more guides ..you can see some cc advise you to not push him too close to the wall or moving around him a bit to prevent him from doing it

maguu will always dash to where your camera i facing, and this includes burst animations too. but the mages will always tp to where your character is looking, and the same rule applies to the whopperflowers.

@@emeraly2721 I suppose I'm speaking only from my experience then, cause for me it's quite rare, and it never mattered if Kenki was against the wall or not, he just dashes forward whenever he feels like it. Most of the time for me when Kenki is against the wall, he'll just do basic attacks or his big plunge.

Nope, its not. Healers in this game already over-heal but im assuming this is for content so he is playing it up. The proof is in the fact that he didn't use any healers on floor 11 as if to try to make it seem a lot harder.

Her EM does nothing, she's a cryo unit, cryo teams don't use EM

​@@nathho actually it's because they just 1 shot the bosses in the overworld so they never see any of the attacks. So then when it's in the abyss with way more health they actually see more attacks this has happened to me before lol.

Same here, heck I didn't have Zhongli until his second rerun and I was still doing fairly well in the abyss. The only decent shielder I had was Diona and she carried me with both heals and a good shield. Though I suppose it cause I played Honkai and PGR more often, so dodges there are kind of a necessity xD

real accomplishment is beating abyss with teams that are horribly mismatched and do not synergize.. you dont use zhongli but then u use the utterly busted hyperbloom.. i mean come on.

I didn’t have zhongli until 3.0 and I can’t agree more with this. zhongli makes the game a little boring to me since you do less damage and you don’t even have to care about mechanics which is the fun of playing a game

I’ve never had Zhongli ever and I’ve been playing almost since launch (2 months after) but I’m still kinda meh at dodging

Honestly it wouldn't surprise me. Maybe triple lvl 100 midnight Masanori and you have to talk to all three of them to even start the fight, all on the clock of course.

Also, I don't know if you understand how a nilou bloom team works but the extra blooms he would generate from having a second dendro in the team would way outshine Yelan's damage contribution in this team. Also, about yelan's hydro application, in bloom teams you are better off keeping a dendro aura on the enemy while triggering blooms with hydro to generate two seeds at a time instead of only one, Nilou's ring and kokomi are all the hydro application he needs.

@@wafaay7182 2 healers is just never a good comp no matter how u twist it, not to mention he'd need to switch to yaoyao to put out the bunny and he wasn't even doing that with kokomi's jellyfish let alone 2 at a time

@@wafaay7182 he died despite having two healers That doesn’t mean he needed two healers It means he needed to learn how to use his healer well, he died with nahida DESPITE Kokomis burst being up. The death was literally just cus he was trash at the game lmaoo

@@wafaay7182 He doesn't need two healers. He just needed to use the healer he had, which he wasn't doing very well. At one point when Nahida was getting wrecked and died Kokomi was at full burst just sitting there doing nothing.

@@emxryld Yeah that is true! I would just use Koko, but then there wouldn’t be enough Dendro Application. Nahida is still really delicate and Yao Yao’s Dendro application isn’t the best

@@sekaiia_lazy true, idk when i run bloom i usually run aggravate on the other side. i use nahida there, feel like shes better there for the characters i use. so i use traveler and yaoyao for bloom, it works fine tbh. youre right nahida is the best dendro applicator, it flows better w her for sure. i just think hes not properly playing, thats the issue. not using characters kits to their best ability /:

It won't help. His mind is stuck in a pre-dendro meta and his insistence to put Sara of all units in that Raiden Tighnari comp proves it.

Team building and a tad bit of game knowledge too. 😅 He could've used Raiden National on first half of floor 12 and beat those frost lawachurls so much faster - giving his second team so much more time. I'll give him that Wenut is a big pain in the ass bc it's pattern can be so random, but Magu Kenki can easily be manipulated by aiming your camera to the staircase/wall, forcing him to not teleport everywhere. He really got too much dependent on Zhongli and onga boonga everything atp.

Nahh I used ZL all the time back then and still managed to 36* abyss w/o him. Was on mobile too. Only switched to controller recently. I think the issue here isn't " him being used to using ZL." It's more to lack of knowledge abt enemies mechanics and teams.

@@amnos180188he issue is actually him isn't used to play without john lee on certain teams. It's painful to see nahida soloing wenut when yelan and kokomi have their burst ready. He knows the knowledge but once he cannot use his favorite tools on practice, he's suddenly forgot those knowledges.

@@enesjei when you have ZL, you don't need to learn enemies mechanics because there is no point in dodging. Hence why i said he do not have knowledge of the enemies mechanics nor fully understand the characters skills. If you know, whether you're used to using ZL or not, you will still be able to do it if you know the characters well. Hence why i said it's not really "using ZL too much" issue. It's the lack of understanding the mechanics and the characters. I mean there's nothing wrong in that. You play how you wanna play I guess. If he likes using ZL in his team then go ahead. It's the ppl with superiority issue that is annoying imo. The 'I don't use ZL and I can still beat abyss' brag. Or complaining abt the game is hard when you just do not want to learn the mechanics or characters' skills lol

Yup, seeing his C3 Nahida both struggle and die so much was as painful as that guy who converted his primos to standard fates instead of intertwined fates 💀

Well you can only have one half with Zhongli so you still need to dodge sometimes. And Yoimiya is one of the characters that are just annoying to play without a shield.

If you don't use him in every team you make and only for Yoimiya in Abyss, nothing should happen

He isnt the only shielder ..dont feel bad for using shield characters ..enjoy the game how you want it

i use diona, and shes fine. especially at c6 you get a em boost and you have heals plus some melts.

And i used zhongli becoz his son came to me for some reason ..i just wanted a tankfei

I use Zhongli mainly because of his meteor animation (I even crowned his burst)

Just build a rational team and a nahida hyperbloom team.

itto doesn't really need zhongli though. he tanks either way with a gorou in the team

Not useless, remember it buffs the active Character's EM. But yea, the majority of the use comes out of it if you use nahida's skill

You can still use Nahida's Burst tho but mainly for I-Frame
