Totally true, during pandemic I got sick after being indoors for so long to the point later I could not get up from bed and was on my mobile all day long. Has been the most difficult illness to recover from in my life.

It’s an interesting ,excellent and fun way to remind us who we are and what how can we make our lives purposeful and productive. As well as bring the happiness to train our brain. I am delighted to watch that again and hope there are many more to see . Well said Mr. Mohammed Alqhatani .

The screen time part is so true. There was a time I meditated and cut my screen time to 2 hours a day. I remember; 1. How productive I was 2. How creative I became with solutions and new ideas. I then got comfortable and slowly went back to my old habits. This year my focus is to get back to reducing my screen time
