Hey Mr. Alqathani the way you start a talk and end is impeccable, we never no when you start and end.

Another great theory on word-choice, and their lasting impact on a child's beliefs-- is one founded by Dr. Carol Dweck, a professor from Stanford University. Instead of saying “you are so smart”, say “you didn't give up till you found the answer!” or “Wow! What did you do to get this accomplishment?” "you thought of many creative ideas!" "I love how you took a quick break to relax then went back to work" When we direct our focus on realistic and practical actions, this fosters an intrinsic sense of value and motivation as well as sets realistic standards for them to achieve and be proud of. Such children grow to have a "growth mindset" which enables them to enjoy the process of learning, growing and challenging themselves whether they achieve their initial goal or not. When we plainly say: "you are the smartest"... Whenever they aren't the smartest, they're more likely to feel like failures. Their confidence heavily depends on extrinsic (external) validation rather than from within.

I have been endeavoring to find an appropriate means of reaching out to you, and it seems this platform is the most viable option. I was deeply captivated by one of your speeches titled "Power of Words," and it has sparked my interest. I am currently considering incorporating it into my class performance which is due on Monday. Sir, may I respectfully request permission to use your speech for this purpose?
