I am writing this of a incident of 1981 when I was 19 years old, the bus in Delhi in which I was traveling from okhla to Regal con place. My father was in AIIMS admitted for cancer on last stage. The music was playing in the bus live around the world sung by late sh Mohammad Rafi ji, o duniyan ke rakhwaley. I missed my stop and reached Regal which was around 8 km. I didn't have money to buy tickets for return journey by bus, so I decided to walk. This is my passion towards the songs of Rafi sahab. You must try to get live around the world and listen

I was among that crowd too I was 15 years old but already a huge fan of Rafisaab due to the heavy influence of my cousins from Bombay they used to bring his song cassettes in the years even after over 40 years of his sad demise I'm still if not a bigger fan of the Great and Legendary Rafisaab he was incomparable and remains still at the no 1 spot as a playback singer in India and to his fans all over the world

I’m a big fan of Rafi saab from Sri Lanka. This is one of the long awaited videos of my whole lifetime. I can’t say you the happiness I’m going through now. Thank you very much. Mohideen Beg master, one of our greatest singers of all time was a close friend of Rafi saab. Both of them have learned music from Naushad saab while beg master was in India. Actually he was a native of India. I’ve heard that after he got known about Rafi saab’s tragic demise, he hugged the radio and cried a lot. 😢 And I’ve also heard that before starting this concert two friends met up after a long time and both hugged tearfully. He also have said to our president Mr. J.R. Jayawardhane to take good care of him as if Beg master had not migrated to Sri Lanka he would have become more popular than himself. How humble our Rafi saab was.❤ Love you Rafi saab sooo much 😢❤
