Moi moi is one of the Nigerian food you see either for breakfast, lunch or dinner. it is made with beans that have been peeled and blended. Moi moi contains proteins. you can eat moi moi with, pap, rice and bread.
The ingredients are below;
Brown beans
sunfloor oil ( just a little bit)
Bell red peppers
1 scotch bonnet
1 tea spoon of salt
eggs
mackerel fish
1 Maggi cube
Foil trays with lids (Goes to the oven)
