This is my own way of making delicious oven baked moi moi ( beans pudding) easy, Fast and delicious.
Ingredients
black eyed beans
vegetable oil
mix paprika pepper
sardine
bouillon cube
salt
habanero pepper
crayfish
dry prawns
eggs

Why did you put water in the tray and how long was it left in the oven? You need to tell us this l beg.

I cooked it for about am hour 20 minutes and the tray keeps it from not getting dry

@@TheDeltapikin Thanks for this honesty. When i saw 45 minutes in the video i was surprised because i have done 1 hour before but it still didnt come out well. I will try this temperature you mentioned and do for 1 hour 20 minutes and see. I really want this oven method to work
