We introduce you to a food stall in Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture, from its assembly to its operation, the thoughts of the owners, and the charms of the stalls. This time we visited Fuji-san, where the menu included hormone yakisoba, oden, and Chinese soba noodles, all of which were delicious.
The number of food stalls in Kure City is said to be five to six on weekdays and double that on weekends.
All the stalls are reasonably priced, and you can drink and eat easily.
Some people may think it is difficult to enter a food stall.
But you can enjoy the warm hospitality of the stall owners and the interaction among customers.
Through this video, we hope to convey the charm and enjoyment of Kure's food stalls.
