The COVID pandemic has undoubtedly affected people from all walks of life. One aspect of this Covid catastrophe is poverty. Poverty that's putting the lives of small children into danger and exposing them to coronavirus infections. There are reports telling us how crores of people have lost their livelihood in the pandemic but those who were already poor and were literally struggling to even arrange their meals for a day are badly hit in the second wave. Mojo Story's Madan Lal reports from a market in South Delhi's Kailash Colony. Several kids were seen literally begging in the market. The children told Mojo Story that their parents are jobless and are unable to find any work since the covid-19 outbreak. Hence, their parents drop them everyday at the marketplace to literally beg and the money they get from begging is used to run their household. This is another untold tragedy that's unfolding in the metropolitan cities like Delhi.
