Last year (2021) as i was watching a match during Inter-Ward tournament a guy sitting next to me told me "you see those boys approaching towards us? Those guys are the selected players to represent Dr. T Ao trophy from Mokokchung." After the Inter-Ward tournament was over i heard that 4 or 5 players were selected. I'm sure for this year's edition as well there was no selection process through any proper trail means or whatsoever. Let it be a lesson for all of us. Keep away with this "Petor para he sop kore loi shae"

There are soo many Good players from other village of Mokokchung not only in the town they should have selected better players than the others.... But what can i say what is gone that is gone😞😔

Dear MDFA, Mokokchung players needed to have sent to a disciplinary schooling before the tournament!! What was that?? Play was 3rd class!!! Discipline was horrible!!! Disciplinary action should be initiated against those horrible agressive appeallers.

You aren't just selecting for yourself and you aren't just playing for yourself, remember that you're representing a district with so many fans like me also where there are lots of youngsters working extra hard and dreaming to be on that stage and go beyond. Bottom line is... If this is how you select and on top of that if this is how you even perform then you shouldn't be doing this........

When comes to MKG's match, fight is must🤣🤣

- Every District HQ. should be provided artificial turf. - Unbiased Players selection should be done via scouting during village level, range level or block level tournaments. - Selection of players has to be made at least 1 month before the tournament and let them train in the turf ground for one month. -Players should be trained on Physical Fitness level as well besides their regular football skills. - The head coach of every district has to be a holder of minimum AIFF 'D' Licence. - Grassroot level football camp/ academy should be introduced. Only then, we can see the quality of our football improve and compete in National level.

Most advanced tribe with highest MLA seat in NLA but very poor infrastructure and very poor play ground. The play ground looks so ugly. Honestly very shameful for the Nagas in general.
